Return, Earn and Learn Program (REAL)
Keep working while you earn your High School Diploma
Benefits:
• Designed for adults who have paid employment
• Earn credits while you work
• Employer must agree to participate in the program
• Earn a credit in six weeks or sooner
Complete your Ontario Secondary School Diploma
compulsory and elective courses in a day school setting or by correspondence
Program Length:
• Earn one elective credit for each 110 hours on the job
• Maximum of 6 credits or 660 hours
Achieve:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma
• Workplace experience
• Entry into occupations which require an Ontario Secondary
School Diploma
• Prerequisites for college programs
